Provide a supportive environment to ensure our members do not become isolated in their working lives
Empower members to be the best strategic business leaders by providing access to a peer forum for knowledge-sharing around legal best practices, risk management, data protection, compliance and other key areas of common interest in the Irish technology sector

How we got started
Our founder, Sarah Irwin joined Tines in 2021. She was the company’s first legal hire post-Series B, tasked with building out the in-house function from scratch as the company began to rapidly scale.
As soon as she started, she quickly noticed there was no peer forum for innovative legal professionals working in-house in Ireland wanting to run legal like a business and challenge outdated perceptions of in-house lawyers.
So she decided to create one herself to enable them to meaningfully connect and share knowledge and experiences within an inclusive, empowering and supportive environment.
In 2023, Sarah expanded ITGC across Ireland into Munster and Connaught. We now have chapters in both locations and hold in-person meet ups there too.
Sarah also expanded outside technology so we welcome in-house lawyers and legal ops professionals working in any sector, and all levels of PQE.
